Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Our current processing time is 1-4 weeks, you will be notified once we ship your order out, and delivery times are dependent on your selection at checkout.
Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?
Our keycaps are compatible with an MX switch type! In terms of the layout of your keyboard, you will need to check this against the information provided for each of our products. If you're unsure, please get in touch and we'd be happy to help ensure your keycaps fit perfectly!
How do I begin my custom order?
You can use our keycap customizer to design your keyboard if you'd like a simple colorway design. If you'd like to add novelties or any further customization, please get in touch so we can assist you.
