Warranty Policy (12 Months)
This custom-built keyboard comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing and assembly defects. If you experience issues related to the build or faulty components within this period, repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional cost.
What’s Covered?
✅ Soldering defects, faulty wiring, or assembly issues
✅ Non-functional switches (excluding normal wear and tear)
✅ Defective stabilizers
What’s Not Covered?
❌ Accidental damage (spills, drops, etc.)
❌ Keycap, switch, or case wear from normal use
❌ Issues caused by modifications or disassembly

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. You can track your order using the Shop app.
