Warranty Policy

At shopgalactica, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided for eligible keyboards purchased directly from shopgalactica.
Warranty Period
All shopgalactica keyboards are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use, including:
- Faulty PCB or electronics
- Non-functioning keys caused by manufacturing defects
- Defective wireless connectivity components
- Defective charging ports
- Manufacturing defects in the keyboard housing
- Other defects resulting from materials or workmanship
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
- Liquid damage
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods
- Damage caused by third-party components or accessories
- Consumable items such as switches, keycaps, batteries, cables, and accessories unless defective upon arrival
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact support@shopgalactica.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The keyboard serial number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs or videos showing the fault where applicable
The serial number can be found on the shopgalactica sticker located on the underside of the keyboard.
Failure to provide the serial number may result in delays or rejection of the warranty claim.
Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, shopgalactica may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Replace the faulty component
- Provide a full or partial refund
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and may vary slightly from the original product where necessary.
Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless prohibited by applicable law.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, shopgalactica may reimburse reasonable shipping costs at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, shopgalactica and THE KELLECTIVE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws and does not affect those rights.
