Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, custom-made, personalised, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error by shopgalactica.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
