How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

What about shipping?

We ship our products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times and rates may vary for different products. Items bought together may arrive at different times.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You as the customer, are responsible for paying fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can be sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the track your order page on our website.
